stykera: (aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!)
In retrospect, Stark should not have left that inflatable reindeer in the hallway. But he had and it was too late to do anything about it but regret choices that had already been made.

Because the reindeer had been left in the hallway it had remained there until this morning when Stark opened his door. That was unsurprising. What was surprising was that once Stark stepped into the hallway and pulled the door shut, the reindeer turned its head, stomped one hoof, and bared its teeth at him.

"Oh. Oh no oh no oh no." Stark was fairly certain reindeer weren't supposed to have teeth like that. And he was absolutely certain that the inflatable reindeer weren't supposed to have teeth at all. They weren't supposed to move on their own, either. And yet here this one was, still baring the teeth it wasn't supposed to have in what was clearly a menacing fashion.

"Oh, frell!" His door had locked behind him and he didn't carry weapons here. He never had, on the island. Bolting for the stairs was his best and maybe only option and so that was what he did. He just had to hope he could get out of the building ahead of the sharp-toothed reindeer. Of course, once outside there would be other decoratively murderous items to deal with. One thing at a time.

[Totally open if anyone would like! He's headed back to the Town Hall once outside and away from the reindeer.]
