On the Water Planet, then on Moya, Somewhere in Spaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaace
It had taken longer than Stark had anticipated to make it back to the water planet. And as soon as he'd landed he found himself in the middle of wedding preparations.
The wedding, due to the perverse nature of the universe, was interrupted by the untimely arrival of a command carrier under the command of a certain Scarran half-breed.
The only positive outcome here, other than that Scorpius was not actively trying to kill them, was the unexpected discovery that the people of the water planet were Eidolons. Stark had been so startled by this news (they were supposed to be a dead race after all and the idea that these legendary peacemakers could be around, especially now that they were in the middle of a war) that he'd been overcome with enthusiasm. D'Argo's tongue applied to the back of his head had taken care of that quickly, if embarassingly. Not that this was anything new.
So, wedding postponed in favor of a return to Arnessk where the other newly rediscovered Eidolons were safe in their temple, they had boarded Moya and left the crazy old woman behind with the water planet Eidolons. Unfortunately they were taking Scorpius with them, which Stark was less than pleased about.
Stark was doing his best to pretend that Scorpius and the Kalish woman weren't there. He was instead spending his time with Chiana and one of the Eidolons though he kept making a fool of himself whenever he tried to speak. He would be better off if he just stopped talking altogether but keeping quiet was never really one of Stark's strong points.
[ooc: look, I started PK Wars again, Finally. To be continued. Probably sooner than 2 months from now. I hope. Unless life has further plans for kicking me in the teeth.]
